The aim of this service is to help you implement and manage all the recommendations and requirements and therefore realise all the benefits of your plan or scheme. Our project manager is Suzanne Wenczek. She is a qualified project manager, trained to Practitioner level in PRINCE2 methodology and in Lean Systems Thinking.

We work with a network of trusted experts and contractors to ensure that work is completed cost-effectively. Using independent third parties in this way also gives you the reassurance of our impartiality – you can be certain that the recommendations we make in relation to your land are in your best interests not ours.
