Heritage project management that helps you manage change and deliver transformation

Heritage project management is a specialised area that requires a great deal of expertise. It requires skill and sensitivity in managing a diverse range of stakeholders. It also requires an understanding of the delicate issues at stake in working with buildings that are often held in high regard by members of the local community.

Our project manager, Suzanne Wenczek, specialises in the field of heritage project management and business change and transformation. The projects she has worked on include Grange Court in Leominster, Herefordshire, the Master’s House in Ledbury and the Ledbury Places feasibility study for six key historic buildings.

She has worked in the field since 2005 and has extensive experience in project development and delivery. Her skills include:

  • community and volunteer engagement
  • stakeholder management
  • financial management of projects
  • risk and issue management of projects
  • project funding and business planning.

Suzanne has worked with many regional and national funders including the Big Lottery Fund, the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Social Investment Business.
